Position title: Logistics Management Specialist (Senior)
Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina
Clearance required: SECRET
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead integrated logistics across supply, maintenance, transportation, and distribution.
- Build and maintain logistics plans, SOPs, and readiness reports leadership relies on.
- Coordinate support across multiple units and advise the customer on resourcing and process improvements.
- Analyze equipment readiness and supply posture, flag shortfalls and drive fixes.
- Support deployments, redeployments, and field exercises.
- 8+ years of hands-on logistics management experience (military logistics background strongly valued).
- Proficiency with GCSS-MC and standard readiness reporting tools.
- Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior USMC/SOF garrison logistics experience; Lean Six Sigma or related certification.
Skills Required
- 8+ years of hands-on logistics management experience
- Military logistics experience strongly valued (USMC/SOF experience preferred)
- Proficiency with GCSS-MC
- Proficiency with standard readiness reporting tools
- Active Secret clearance
- Valid driver's license
- Lean Six Sigma or related certification
