Job DescriptionThe Logistics Executive will have to manage the logistics and transportation aspects of a laundry facility, ensuring that laundry services are delivered efficiently, on time, and with the highest quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure on-time and efficient service to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operation.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding logistics services.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and registered.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules, making necessary adjustments to accommodate changes.
- Generate reports on logistics performance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle documentation, including Salik, vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance, and permits.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations
- Good communication skills
