About the Role:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Spanish or French fluency a plus) to support RunBuggy's growing customer base.

While most orders move seamlessly through our platform, exceptions happen, and that's where you come in! In this role, you'll be the human behind the resolution, stepping in when our customers need real-time support and expert problem-solving. You'll work directly with transporters, shippers, and pickup and drop-off locations via phone, video, email, text, and our platform to answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a solutions-first mindset, and a commitment to upholding RunBuggy's reputation for excellence.

This position requires employees to be in the office 5 days per week. Our office is located on Mill Avenue in the heart of Tempe, AZ. While some schedules may be Monday through Friday, employees in this role may be required to work Tuesdays through Saturdays or Sundays through Thursdays. What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or in-platform communication ensuring pickups and deliveries are on schedule as it relates to orders handled through our cloud-native platform and smartphone app. 
  • Solve problems and respond promptly, keeping necessary stakeholders informed with a high level of professionalism. 
  • Assisting users with difficulty using the system, e.g. uploading pictures, completing orders, or finding relevant orders. 
  • Seek out necessary information and coordinate with internal and external sources to adequately solve problems. 
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services to provide adequate education to customers. 
  • Coordinate with internal team members and partners to improve our services, processes, and platform.  
  • Build enthusiasm and usage in our products and services to help shippers and transporters move cars smoothly. 
  • Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate. 
  • Attend all required customer service-related meetings. 
  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team by Way of Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience searching and using the internet required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays or Sundays through Thursdays.
  • Call Center experience is helpful
  • Automotive, logistics, or transportation experience a plus.
  • Understanding of performance-based metrics.
  • Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting along with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to handle a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to recognize problems, strategize, and problem-solve.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
