The Key responsibilities are:

  • Facilitate communication between customers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure all deliveries follow the FIFO principle and that inventory movements are accurately and promptly updated in the operating system. Lead monthly cycle counts and the annual stock count, preparing reports for management review.
  • Liaise with local customs to ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries comply with regulations. Prepare and submit required customs reports (RM & FG), and ensure timely renewal of LMW licenses.
  • Maintain delivery performance reports, identify and resolve operational issues, and actively participate in improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Adhere to all HSE procedures, ensure proper use of PPE, and maintain good housekeeping and hygiene practices within the logistics and warehouse areas.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior to support logistics operations and business continuity.

  • Ensure customs and regulatory compliance – 15%
  • Prepare logistics and performance reports – 10%
  • Support process improvement and efficiency projects – 10%
  • Ensure HSE compliance and workplace safety – 5%
  • Perform other assigned administrative or logistics tasks – 5%

What Are We Looking For?

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG).
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and ERP/supply chain systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
