As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting the delivery of laboratory automation products that help advance healthcare and positively impact communities worldwide.

  

What you’ll do:

  • Pick, label, pack, wrap, and dispatch orders across our product range.
  • Process shipment transactions and maintain accurate records within Oracle ERP.
  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation for domestic and international deliveries.
  • Identify ERP transaction issues, conduct basic troubleshooting, and liaise with internal support teams to resolve system-related matters.
  • Book freight through carrier portals and coordinate shipments with freight providers.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Source freight quotations and assist with shipment planning and coordination.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Utilise cost-effective shipping methods while meeting customer delivery expectations.
  • Support urgent customer shipments in collaboration with the Customer Solutions Group.
  • Participate in cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory control activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Provide back-up support for receiving and processing incoming goods.
  • Collaborate closely with Warehouse and Logistics team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with a variety of logistics and warehouse activities as required.
  • Adhere to company quality procedures and support compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment while complying with all workplace health and safety requirements.

  • Ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
  • Supporting efficient inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Building positive relationships with internal teams and logistics providers.
  • Contributing to a safe, compliant, and well-organized warehouse.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong interest in building a career in the logistics/warehouse industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Competent computer skills, with MS Office proficiency viewed favourably.
  • Customer focus and deadline-driven principles
  • Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is preferred, but a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and readiness to learn will be considered.
  • Experience with ERP systems and logistics is an advantage, training will be provided to develop these skills further.
  • Experience with freight carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or freight forwarders is advantageous.
  • A forklift license or willingness to obtain through provided course.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to lift and move products safely in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
