Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our operations, shipping, and customer service teams. This role is responsible for accurate database entry, allocating finished goods to sales orders, and monitoring progress to ensure priorities and goals are met. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proficient in Excel, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position, located in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs database entry functions with the required speed, accuracy, and quality while working independently in support of operations, shipping, and customer service.

• Performs at a level that reflects a basic knowledge of concepts, principles, and applications of processes

• Completes priorities in relation to the allocating finished goods to sales orders and monitors progress to ensure goals are reached.

• Works cross collaboratively with shipping, customer service, and production teams.

• Assist with uploading documentation into repositories online.

• This position reports to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply

• High school diploma required with 3+ years of related experience in logistics, coordination, or administration

• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with no experience

• Proficient or Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel required

• Prior experience with ERP or MRP preferred
