The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Capital Equipment-Logistics Coordinator to join our Care & Connectivity Solutions business at Baxter. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the allocation, delivery, installation, and return of critical capital equipment, including hospital beds and surgical tables.

Working closely with Service Technicians, Supply Planning, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, and Sales teams, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of customer orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

About You

You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional with experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfilment, or equipment coordination. You excel at managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. With strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the allocation, distribution, and retrieval of capital equipment

  • Manage the logistics of capital products orders, collaborating closely with our service technicians, supply planning team, third-party warehouse, and freight providers

  • Work closely with key internal collaborators, including sales team members, by providing proactive information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer happiness

  • Stock allocation in collaboration with planning & fulfillment

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to optimize order fulfillment processes and efficiencies

  • Proactively find opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to improve overall customer experience

  • Manage large installations/projects when required

  • Contribute to process improvements, streamlining, and implementation of new or improved processes

  • Analyze data to identify trends and devise solutions for customer experience challenges.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes

  • Experience with data analysis and process improvement

  • Competence in using logistics management software and tools.
