Integrate and drive cross-functional solutions, coordinating resource allocation among different operational segments (such as terminals, customs clearance, trucking, and delivery) according to business needs.
Develop Delivery Solutions for New Markets
Collaborate with suppliers to plan and implement new market delivery solutions in line with the company’s business expansion requirements.
Explore Innovative Collaboration Models
Proactively seek and implement innovative delivery models, such as consolidated shipments, shared logistics resources, or regional joint delivery, to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and Optimize Logistics Performance
Regularly track key logistics performance indicators (such as cost, timeliness, and service quality), identify pain points, and drive cross-functional improvements.
Establish Efficient Information Flows
Build and maintain strong information channels between customs, trucking, and operations teams to ensure seamless process integration and business coordination.
Market and Competitor Insights
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor logistics strategies to maintain and enhance the company’s competitive advantage in resources and solutions.
Responsible for Overall Country KPIs
Take full accountability for the logistics performance of the managed country, including timeliness, cost control, and service quality.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience
At least 5 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in logistics management for the European region.
Expertise
In-depth understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and optimization strategies; familiarity with the European logistics market landscape and key regulations.
Communication and Coordination
Excellent cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication and coordination skills; ability to drive results through both internal and external resource alignment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in another major European language is an advantage.
Innovation and Problem-Solving
Strong ability to identify industry trends and proactively drive innovative collaboration models.
Highly cost-conscious and deadline-oriented, with a proven ability to identify pain points and lead teams in solving complex problems.
