Job Title: Logistics Associate – Receiving Focus

Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)

As a Logistics Receiving Associate at our Portsmouth site, you will support daily logistics operations with a primary focus on receiving and inbound material flow. You will ensure materials are accurately received, documented, and stored in compliance with cGMP standards to support manufacturing operations. Over time, you will cross-train across shipping, warehouse, and kitting functions to support a flexible and efficient team. This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

This role follows an 8-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday - Friday.

What you will do

  • Receive and verify incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP requirements

  • Perform SAP transactions such as goods receipt, inventory movements, and inbound delivery processing

  • Use RF scanning equipment to manage inventory and support accurate material tracking

  • Inspect materials, review documentation, and coordinate putaway activities

  • Support cross-training across warehouse, shipping, and kitting operations

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety procedures

  • Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness through proper documentation practices

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments

  • Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and documentation

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

  • Basic understanding of GMP, safety, and quality requirements preferred

  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments and operating equipment
