Amentum is seeking a Logistics Assistant, to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV to support our customer, Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER)
This position is contingent upon award.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directing, developing, and performing logistics management operations including planning and coordinating logistical actions as required to support organizational missions and programs
- Identifying requirements for the organization’s logistics program including any financial, facility, manpower, material, and support services needed to support a successful program and ensuring that needed support is provided in a standardized and timely manner
- Updating and maintaining supplies, inventories, equipment, and programs as needed to ensure the readiness of the logistics program.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated relevant experience planning and managing information systems in support of logistical requirements and support for an entire organization and identifying activities that may need logistical support
- Must have an active US Government Secret Clearance. Please note that US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance
- Experience integrating multifaceted activities into a comprehensive logistics plan in order to support organizational events and activities and consistently evaluating those plans and adjusting them as needed or developing alternatives based on feasibility and efficiency
- Experience monitoring progress and meeting logistical plans and standards while identifying delays or problems and either suggesting or taking actions to remediate issues as required to meet logistics requirements
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
