About the team
Post acquisition, the BBPOS team is now an extension of the Stripe Terminal team. Stripe Terminal helps Stripe users extend their online presence into the physical world. The Terminal team’s mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments. With Terminal, businesses can unlock in-person payments use cases that are right for their business model—whether it’s creating a flagship retail experience, extending their website to a pop-up store, or enabling a mobile point-of-sale at their next event.

We are seeking a motivated & talented Logistics Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle day-to-day logistics operations and workflows including goods receiving, order handling, delivery arrangement, reverse logistics, and warranty exchange.
2. Liaise with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities and timely delivery of goods plus regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
3. Arrange courier logistics for engineers' samples
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process
5. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
6. Support inventory management efforts which include monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
7. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Logistics or a related field
2. Knowledge of logistics processes, import/export procedures and customs regulations
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
4. Excellent communication skills, proactive, attentive to details, organized and eager to learn
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
