Do you have a passion for logistics in a technology-driven setting? We are hiring a meticulous Logistics & Order Fulfillment specialist for our Global Logistics Team. This role manages order processes, resolves shipping concerns, and collaborates with 3PL, vendors, manufacturers, carriers, and customs.
Responsibilities include ensuring on-time deliveries, maintain system accuracy and improving satisfaction across global operations.

Are you passionate about delivering internet streaming for our customers? Akamai Cloud Platform team takes ownership for planning, building, maintaining and operating our global platform. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying essential technologies. This encompasses hardware, software, and network infrastructure supporting all Akamai products. The team ensures consistent availability and performance for our customers.

As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate fulfillment, timely execution, cost efficiency, and proper documentation.
• Addressing shipping disruptions such as delays, lost shipments, customs holds and compliance issues effectively.
• Collaborating with manufacturing and repair vendors to monitor order status and returns.
• Partnering with internal teams to communicate timelines, resolve and flag inventory discrepancies, and improve fulfillment speed.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and vendor reliability.
• Building ad hoc reports to manage orders in queue as they hit set milestones.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping.
• Be experienced in fulfillment /order management and end-to-end logistics process.
• Be familiar with customs documentation, Incoterms, and global freight processes.
• Have advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Be familiar with working across systems (ERP, WMS, tracking tools).
• Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others.
• Have good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
