You will report directly to our Building Automation Director, and you’ll work out of our Tokyo, Japan on an Hybrid work schedule. The role combines logistics coordination, supplier management, purchase order administration, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational and customer requirements
• Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Support inventory management, distribution planning, and order fulfillment activities.
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and coordinate supplier communications to support business requirements.
• Monitor logistics and supplier performance through KPIs and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Support procurement and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of transportation, inventory management, or procurement processes.
- Experience managing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers.
