The Logistics Administrator coordinates and tracks the movement of goods from factory to destination to ensure timely, accurate delivery. This role works closely with Raymond Logistics, designated carriers, field technicians, and internal teams to manage inventory, maintain accurate V‑Simple records, and minimize delays that could impact installation schedules. The Logistics Administrator also monitors V‑Simple records for equipment with a collapsed height of 107 inches or greater to ensure required helper equipment and installation components are onsite. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational efficiency and customer service objectives.
Hourly wage starts at $28 per hour
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and track the movement of equipment and materials from factory to destination.
- Collaborate with Raymond Logistics, carriers, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in V‑Simple.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential shipping or delivery delays to prevent field technician lost time.
- Review V‑Simple records for equipment with a collapsed height of 107 inches or greater to ensure required helper.

- Communicate delivery status, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment specifications, delivery constraints, and site readiness requirements for installation.
- Practical knowledge of field technician installation procedures and scheduling.
- Working knowledge of shipping processes, carrier coordination, and delivery scheduling.
- Proficiency with logistics systems and experience with V‑Simple or similar systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with carriers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to proactively identify potential delivery issues and take corrective action.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, supply chain administration, or a related role.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced or project-based environments.
