This is a fully onsite role.
Job Scope：
- Provide support in processing and confirming shipping documents for logistics operations.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documents and customs declarations related to shipments.
- Assist in recording and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities.
- Support the arrangement of picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Assist in monitoring and updating inbound and outbound shipment data.
- Support in tracking freight costs and assist in uploading and analyzing related data.
- Assist in communication with internal teams to ensure logistics processes align with production and inventory schedules.
- Assist in basic coordination with freight forwarders and brokers.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation for import and export.
- Assist in preparing and organizing routine transaction data for audits.
Qualification:
- Diploma and above, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- No work experience required, but relevant internships or project experience is a plus
- Have basic understanding of logistics processes and a willingness to learn more.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Commitment Period: Full-time, preferably 5 months and above
