Duties, Goals, and Responsibilities:

• Audit driver logs to identify and address Hours of Service (HOS) violations.

• Conduct orientation presentations on HOS regulations and provide ELD device demonstrations.

• Monitor daily compliance reports, including unassigned driving time, Personal Conveyance usage, and odometer discrepancies.

• Coach drivers on HOS requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Cross-train with the Driver Physicals and CDL renewal compliance team to support departmental needs.

• Maintain an organized work environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
