Job Description

Randstad is currently recruiting for a Lockbox Support Personel for leading global financial services firm with operations in more than 60 countries. The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small-business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management and private equity. The ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years minimum experience in an office clerical environment and 2-3 years experience with mail, data entry, and database work. This role primarily performs data entry, inputs Alpha/Numeric data. Proofs work for accuracy and completeness. Corrects errors during visual inspection. Maintains accurate records for verification. Prioritizes work by sorting and interpreting processing items. 

- Manually opening, sorting and batching all returned mail items and identifying appropriate destination of correspondence

- Scanning and data entry of returned mail into databases

- Processing of letters to be sent out to customers on a monthly basis

- Detail oriented with prepping, researching and sorting of incoming mail and returned mail

- Verifying and accurately identifying total document count of items to be processed

- Review bank documents for policy adherence

- Review customer accounts

- Perform maintenance on customer accounts

- Process financial entries to general ledgers and customer accounts

- Use of multiple internal applications

Qualifications

- 2-3 years minimum experience in an office clerical environment

- 2-3 years experience with mail, data entry, and database work is required

- Strongly prefer banking/financial experience
