Our Reporting & Analytics Team plays a crucial role in supporting the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Location Strategy priorities by delivering comprehensive reports and insightful analyses on headcount and real estate needs for CCB's global workforce of approximately 150,000. We are committed to transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights through high-impact presentations and robust reporting.
As a Location Strategy Reporting & Analytics Senior Associate on our Reporting and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Location Strategy priorities. Your work will encompass budget reviews, headcount and location reporting, space utilization assessments, and ad-hoc analyses. You will have the opportunity to respond swiftly to executive requests, provide strategic recommendations, and continuously improve our reporting processes to meet the evolving needs of senior executives and business partners.
Job responsibilities
- Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Organize and present complex information strategically, leveraging expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx; create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Expand and enhance reporting and analytics related to location strategy, real estate allocations, and headcount management
- Prepare and deliver high-quality budget pass review decks, manage business as usual headcount/location reporting, and conduct space utilization assessments based on attendance trends
- Analyze data, identify gaps between requirements and current procedures, and drive resolution of issues
- Work collaboratively with business partners to design and implement process improvements, new toolsets, and enhancements to existing processes
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects, prepare materials for strategy sessions, and participate in collaborative initiatives to continuously improve business processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area, with prior experience in Business Management, Data & Analytics, Financial Analysis, or Strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Alteryx, with the ability to handle large data sets and present findings concisely
- Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting, with a strong focus on design excellence and thoughtful rationale in design decisions
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, adept at understanding and analyzing complex business processes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and senior management effectively
- Highly motivated self-starter focused on continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and processes
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize work effectively
Candidates must be able to physically work in our Plano, TX office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
