We are seeking a Location Manager with Social Media Management skills to oversee day-to-day operations at our Belgaum location while driving digital visibility and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing on-ground responsibilities with online brand building. You’ll manage staff, vendors, and location KPIs while also creating and executing local social media campaigns to attract and engage customers.

Time: 10:00 AM IST to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, (2nd and 4th Saturday off).

Responsibilities:
Location Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring smooth functioning
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Junior team member will be part of the team.
Social Media Management
  • Create, develop and execute social media strategy for the location.
  • Create engaging local content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy
  • Run hyper-local campaigns and events to drive traffic.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/reviews, and maintain a positive brand image.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with central technical and operations teams.
  • Provide local insights and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for both operations and digital activities.


Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in location/operations management.
  • Social Media Management content creation skills
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a brand.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social and business metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Instagram analytics, and scheduling tools.
Preferred
  • Experience in event management or local promotional campaigns
  • Basic content creation skills (photography, video, design using Canva, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the local market, customer preferences, and cultural trends.
