The Job
Goal and Scope
This position plays a key role in the management of localization program in the region (SEA). The goal is to support regional localization efforts while managing regional teams to meet client's requirements.
Job Requirement:
- To work closely with internal & external stakeholders to deliver translation and localization projects.
- To support region's localization opportunities.
- To support designated localization solutions to meet localization objectives and requirements.
- To coordinate and organize internal/external localization team to reach desired outcome.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience within the localization/translation domain.
- Familiarity with end-to-end localization/translation requirements and workflows.
- Possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skill.
- Proactive Team player.
- Has strong willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management exposure (Workflow/Resource Management.
- Familiarity with translation/localization tools and TMS.
- Knowledge of additional language other than English.
- Self-driven and is execution/process oriented.
