We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist to oversee the livestreams on TikTok. This would be a great opportunity for the right candidate to become an expert in live selling and kick off an amazing career in one of the fastest-growing commerce spaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with livestream hosts to develop & execute promotional strategies & tactics, based on their niche, target audience, buyer persona, etc., to drive sales.
- Provide in-depth training on product features, functionality, and selling points.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Livestreams, including but not limited to TikTok account setup, scheduling, video content creation, daily support & communications.
- Monitor streams and review streaming data with hosts regularly to improve performance.
- Consistently provide value to our livestream hosts and maintain a long-term relationship with the top talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Bilingual in both English & Mandarin is a strong plus
- A self-starter with a strong initiative and a can-do attitude
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Well-versed in social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- This position is a Contractor role based in New York (with a strong potential to convert into a W2 full-time role).
