  • Establish engineering standards for development, automated testing, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, environment strategy, security, compliance, and data governance.

  • Build reusable technical frameworks and patterns that improve delivery velocity, release quality, platform stability, and production reliability.

  • Lead, develop, and mentor Salesforce engineers, developers, administrators, architects, and technical leads while creating clear accountability across roadmap delivery and production support.

Over the first 6, 12, and 18 months, the team will establish clear ownership and operating rhythms, improve platform and integration reliability, reduce recurring production issues and manual support effort, and deliver a roadmap that advances LiveRamp’s GTM strategy.
