At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards—what we call Money Moments—for things they’re already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we’re all about putting money back in people’s pockets.
What you’ll do:
- Design, configure, and run LiveOps features such as events, offers, goals, passes, and experiments
- Own the LiveOps calendar, setup, tuning, execution, and post-event analysis
- Partner closely with Systems Design, Product, and Data to optimize conversion, retention, and monetization
- Continuously iterate on live systems, balancing short-term performance with long-term economic health
- Monitor live performance, identify issues or opportunities, and make fast, informed adjustments
- Be accountable for the real-world impact of LiveOps decisions on user behavior and business outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on LiveOps experience in free-to-play games or highly gamified consumer products
- Strong comfort running experiments, reading data, and making decisions quickly
- Solid understanding of in-game or virtual economies, player behavior, and trade-offs
- Execution-driven mindset with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating
- Ability to operate calmly in high-pressure, high-pace, high-ownership environments
Ideal candidate has:
- Experience owning live systems with direct revenue and retention impact
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach rather than rigid frameworks
