Job Responsibilities
- Live Streaming Content Planning: In line with the platform's characteristics and promotion rhythm, coordinate internal and external resources to formulate weekly/monthly live streaming content planning schemes, ensuring a rich variety of themes and forms.
- Daily Operations and Promotion: Be responsible for the overall daily operations of the platform's live streaming, including scheduling, selection and execution of promotion channels, formulation and implementation of live streaming promotion plans, and enhancing the number of viewers and user interaction.
- Data Monitoring and Strategy Optimization: Comprehensively monitor core indicators of the live streaming room (such as online viewers, interaction rate, retention rate, conversion rate, etc.), and promptly adjust operation strategies based on data changes to ensure continuous optimization of live streaming effects.
- Host Guidance and Compliance Control: Provide support to new and current hosts, including trial broadcast guidance, script review, process training, etc., to ensure the compliance of live streaming content and alignment with the platform's brand tone.
- Effect Tracking and Reporting: Regularly (weekly/monthly) organize live streaming operation data and user feedback, form analysis reports, and propose feasible optimization suggestions to product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Execution of Major Events: Assist marketing, brand, legal, and other teams in implementing major online/offline event live streaming (such as summits, AMAs, product launches, etc.), ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Temporary Tasks and Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Respond quickly and complete various temporary tasks assigned by superiors, maintain efficient communication with various business lines, and ensure project delivery on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent English communication and writing skills, IELTS 6.0 or above.
- 1 year or more of experience in live streaming/content operations in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry; familiar with the rules and gameplay of mainstream live streaming platforms, and understand the live streaming ecosystem and user interaction models.
- Outstanding event planning ability, capable of identifying industry hotspots and converting them into actionable live streaming ideas; strong execution and project management skills, able to efficiently advance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good data analysis skills, able to propose and implement optimization plans based on data insights.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, capable of quickly connecting with marketing, product, technology, legal, and other resources.
- Fast-paced work environment, strong stress resistance, able to maintain high efficiency under high-intensity conditions; result-oriented, willing to take responsibility and continuously optimize work.
