The Litigation Program Management is responsible for the strategic planning and program management of Technology Standards litigation projects. Working across legal, business, and operational functions, the team helps ensure effective processes, reporting, and collaboration in support of Nokia's litigation portfolio. The team focuses on improving the cost- and process efficiency of litigation projects, and driving initiatives that support effective litigation management.
We are looking for a proactive Trainee to support the team in a variety of day-to-day activities. This position offers a great opportunity to support a new and growing team in an international corporate environment, while developing an understanding of legal operations, litigation project management, as well as the business aspects of litigation. You will work closely with colleagues across different functions and contribute to activities that support the efficient planning, coordination, and management of Nokia's Technology Standards litigation projects.
Responsibilities- Support the Litigation Program Management team in ongoing projects and day-to-day activities related to the management of litigation projects
- Support the administration and maintenance of litigation matters and related information in legal management systems
- Develop an understanding of litigation project management and the business aspects of corporate litigation, including budgeting, reporting, and process management
- Assist in developing and improving processes and operational workflows within the Litigation Program Management function
- Gain exposure to global litigation management, legal operations, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
- You will perform and support different ad-hoc requests such as meeting preparation, reporting, etc.
- Ongoing BSc. or MSc. Studies in Law
- Knowledge of M365 environment
- Fluency in English with good communication skills
