About the RoleWe are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage litigation caseload under attorney supervision
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Coordinate court filings and deadlines
- Prepare case summaries and litigation materials
- Support trial preparation
- Communicate with attorneys, experts, and court personnel
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and drafting skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work
