Job Description

We are looking for a QA Analyst Intern in January 2026 to join our Listeners team, a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, engineering managers, and QA analysts, experts and engineers working on one of the most dynamic areas of the product — ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for music listeners. The team focuses on continuous improvement of the listening experience, customization, and reliability of streaming flows. 

As an intern, you’ll work closely with our QA experts to support the improvement of QA processes, help define and document quality standards, and contribute to improving the overall efficiency of QA workflows. You’ll also interact with multiple teams to analyze issues, write bug reports, and enrich our test coverage by expanding and maintaining our test book of test cases (TC).

Main Missions: 

  • Process improvement: Support the QA team in the transition to a new internal process — including documentation, workflow validation, and proposal of improvements for better QA efficiency and collaboration.

  • Specs Review & Refinement: Participate in the review of product specifications and user stories to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment with QA standards. Provide feedback and propose refinements to improve the quality of upcoming developments.

  • Bug Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with developers, PMs, and other QA members to analyze issues, reproduce bugs, and write clear, structured bug reports to ensure efficient triage and follow-up.

  • Test Book Enrichment: Review existing test cases, identify coverage gaps, and contribute new test cases to strengthen the reliability of our testing strategy across mobile, web, and backend platforms.

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in and contribute to the QA process migration project.

  • Draft and maintain QA briefs for different Listeners' streams and experiences.

  • Execute and maintain manual tests, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with developers and PMs to analyze, document, and report bugs.

  • Enrich and organize the test book with new, well-structured test cases.

  • Suggest improvements and automation opportunities within QA workflows.

  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions on quality topics.

Qualifications

This role is perfect for someone with: 

  • Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and principles.

  • Understanding of mobile, web, and backend testing workflows.

  • Strong communication skills in English and French.

  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different teams.

  • Motivation to learn and contribute to improving QA processes.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and teamwork. 

  • Interest in AI tools in testing.

  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira and version control tools like GitHub.
