Liquidity & Account Solutions - Business Intelligence & Analytics Program Manager- Vice President
Lead strategic business intelligence and analytics initiatives by driving portfolio governance, delivery execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Program Manager, you will lead a complex portfolio of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams, serving as the central point of coordination between business, analytics, technology, and governance stakeholders. You will establish and oversee the operating model, drive execution against key milestones, and ensure initiatives are delivered in a scalable, compliant, and production-ready manner. The role requires strong program governance, executive communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies while providing transparency into portfolio performance and outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, and backlog management across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational capacity
- Establish and maintain a scalable operating model that drives consistent, compliant, and production-ready delivery across initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and report on OKRs, delivery metrics, milestones, and success measures to track portfolio performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide executive communications, governance reporting, and steering committee updates.
- Develop and maintain management reporting materials, including weekly and monthly updates highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Standardize intake processes, templates, and change management frameworks to improve consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate resource planning and capacity management across teams to support delivery objectives and business priorities.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and data-related challenges, driving mitigation plans and escalation where appropriate.

- Proven ability to drive prioritization, decision-making, and execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to measure delivery performance and outcomes.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and resource allocation within large-scale transformation or analytics programs.
Preferred qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- Experience supporting Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Reporting, or Transformation organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and portfolio management practices.
- Experience with project and workflow management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related program management certifications preferred.
