What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: submit contracts to legal, track active agreements, monitor expiration dates, and maintain organized documentation systems
- Handle billing operations: follow up with media vendors, process invoices, and coordinate payment submissions with our finance team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while resolving day-to-day operational challenges
- Create, update, and manage comprehensive media planning spreadsheets and databases
- Support Out-of-Home (OOH) media planning and location selection processes
- Assist in managing lead generation events focused on our customer segment
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all processes to prevent additional costs and delays
