As a Line Coordinator supporting our warehouse, you will be trusted to assist and support the supervisor in the planning and organizing of daily activities and schedules of warehouse associates in Houston, TX.
In this role, a typical day will include:

Driving the day-to-day plan as discussed with the area supervisor

Conducting continuous work area monitoring and performance reporting
-
Delivering on schedule requirements and calling out throughout the day if targets are missed
-
Helping with downtime recovery and coming up with resolutions to issues that occur
-
Providing operators with the required tools and supplies to perform their duties
-
Being the first point of contact on the floor for warehouse/materials-related issues
-
Raising issues promptly (equipment, material, planning, employees, training, etc.)
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
3 Years of Relevant Experience
-
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Work Hours: Night Shift: Monday – Thursday (4:00 PM CST – 2:30 AM CST)

Must have warehouse experience and experience in SAP
