What is Lilly StarT?

Lilly StarT is a one-year talent program designed for junior and senior university students in relevant fields of study, offering an opportunity to join our Marketing, Finance, Medical and HR departments.

The program aims to grow exceptional talents who are eager to take the ownership of their professional journey and emerge as future leaders in the pharma sector.

With Lilly StarT, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage with experts in the field, build strong relationships and take an active role in project assignments, while receiving on-the-job training, as well as online and in-class trainings, and gaining hands-on experience.

• Able to work as full-time during summer break, and at least 3 days in a week during school term.
