Your Contribution:


Torch Dental is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute data-driven campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing strategies across key channels such as email, in-app messaging, tradeshows, mailers and more. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, CRM automation, and personalization to drive meaningful customer experiences and business growth.


Location:

Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, flexibility on Friday)


We recognize that team members may need flexibility around office hours for situations such as drop off and pick of children and unexpected emergencies. Employees are able to work with their manager to ensure schedules are aligned and there is appropriate coverage for the team.


Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Lifecycle Strategies – Build multi-channel campaigns (email, mailers, in-app, tradeshows) to engage users across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and reactivation
  • Customer Segmentation & Personalization – Leverage customer data to create targeted, automated campaigns that enhance the customer experience and increase conversions
  • Marketing Automation & Optimization – Utilize tools like Constant Contact, ChiliPiper, HubSpot and Salesforce to manage and optimize lifecycle workflows for efficiency and impact
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation – Design and run experiments to optimize messaging, timing, and delivery channels for higher engagement
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign KPIs and derive actionable insights to improve lifecycle programs
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Product, Growth and Customer Lifecycle teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance user experience
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Continuously research and apply best practices in lifecycle marketing, personalization and customer retention strategies

Who You Are:

  • Process oriented with a passion for marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on collaborator that works well in teams and cross-functionally
  • Advanced understanding of the customer journey and psychology of marketing
  • An avid learner who is as excited about tests and experiments as much as wins and results
  • A strong interest in understanding the customer and delivering a highly engaging and tailored experience
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Interest in start-ups, technology, and / or healthcare

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree and strong marketing background
  • Integrated campaign accelerator
  • 3 to 8 years of total professional experience
  • 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience 
  • Experience and interest in marketing to small businesses
