What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute multichannel customer lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive user activation, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and maximizing lifetime value
  • Collaborate with the product, growth, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and personalized user experience
  • Test and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns and workflows to continuously improve performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies in the lifecycle marketing space
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of lifecycle initiatives
  • Utilize marketing automation and customer data platforms to power sophisticated lifecycle campaigns
  • Foster a data-driven, customer-centric mindset across the organization
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on user retention and growth strategies
  • Develop scalable processes and playbooks to streamline lifecycle marketing operations


Your Competencies:

  • Customer Journey Expertise - Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to optimize each stage for engagement, activation, and retention.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization - Ability to interpret user behavior data, identify trends and opportunities, and continuously test and refine lifecycle campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation Proficiency - Skilled in leveraging marketing automation tools and platforms to power personalized, scalable lifecycle programs.
