  • Translate campaign strategies, customer insights, and business objectives into effective, personalized nurture communications, journey maps, messaging frameworks, content requirements, and customer experiences. .
  • Partner with the Insights and Analytics team to develop audience segmentation strategies and identify new personalization opportunities as customer data, technology, and platform capabilities mature.
  • Create reusable templates, modular content assets, and standardized journey components that improve scalability, consistency, and speed to market.
  • Own the strategy, and ongoing optimization of lifecycle programs within the marketing automation platform, partnering with Marketing Operations for configuration and governance.

  • Partner with internal teams and agency partners to develop integrated demand generation and lead management strategies.
  • Coordinate lifecycle journeys across paid media, traditional media, websites, landing pages, email, SMS, remarketing, and sales outreach channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
