Clearwater Analytics is looking for a senior marketing leader to help shape how we tell our story — to the market, to prospects, and to the industry at large. In this role, you'll lead a talented team driving thought leadership, multi-channel campaigns, and website strategy that directly fuels our sales pipeline and growth. You'll report to the Director of Marketing and have real ownership over how Clearwater shows up in a competitive fintech landscape.
This is a great fit for a senior marketing professional from a technology or financial services background who thrives on variety — strategy one day, hands-on execution the next — and who knows how to bring a team along with them.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, establish Clearwater as a thought leader, and support pipeline and bookings goals
- Get up to speed quickly on Clearwater's value proposition, key messaging, and target markets
- Shape thought leadership themes and oversee content creation and distribution to key audiences
- Own the strategy for Clearwater's public website and our digital publication, Clear Insights
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to prioritize the team's roadmap
- Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing marketing team
- Manage day-to-day team operations and project prioritization
- Spot new opportunities, plan and schedule initiatives, and keep projects on track — with regular reporting to leadership
- Own campaign budgets: estimate costs, track spend, and adjust as needed
- Track performance against KPIs and use data to sharpen strategy over time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services or fintech
- A track record of successfully leading and developing a team
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities at once
