Responsibilities

• Developing a robust SCRM program in accordance with DoW and IC policies, ensuringSCRM considerations are embedded in procurement and contracting actions. Supporttechnology updates and modernization, verifying that new hardware and software componentsare sourced from trusted suppliers.• Engaging with industry and leveraging industry best practices on developing processimprovement solutions and assisting the organization in collecting and disseminating SCRMbest practices and lessons learned with the goal of encouraging project replication,collaboration and establishing the supply chain risk management program processes.• Comparing NGA SCRM benchmarks with other organizations, both government and industry,that are similar in scope to understand business process best practices that can be applied anddeliver reports providing lessons learned, best practices and applicability.• Developing and implementing strategic performance measures, metrics, data collectionmethodologies, and data validation/analysis methodologies.• Developing SCRM strategies, tactics, and communication methods and processes toeffectively inform key audiences about changes, create buy-in, gain understanding, andtransition the organization, with the goal of steadily increasing stakeholder engagement.• Reviewing and assessing current supply chain risk management governance processes andautomating processes where appropriate; routinely making suggestions for innovative andmore efficient methods to improve NGA’s acquisition processes.

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.• Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, orlogistics.• Advanced ability to create, implement, and analyze key SCRM metrics, data collectionmethodologies, and data validation methodologies.• Advanced ability to apply DoW and IC guidance and commercial best practices to identify,assess, and mitigate complex supply chain risks throughout the acquisition lifecycleidentifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing online training, training plans andcommunications strategies.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s or above in Supply Chain Risk Management, or equivalent directly relatableeducation and work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing online training, training plans andcommunications strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience executing governance and oversight support for senior managementincluding planning and execution.

Skills Required
