Your Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients who have requested information about life insurance.

  • Understand each client's goals and recommend appropriate coverage options.

  • Guide clients through the application process from consultation to policy submission.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up using our CRM.

  • Deliver exceptional service that leads to referrals and long-term relationships.

  • Consistently work toward individual sales goals.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum one year of sales experience.

  • Life insurance license is an asset. Candidates who are not yet licensed are encouraged to apply and will receive guidance through the licensing process.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Proficient with computers and digital tools.

Important Information

This is a 100% commission, independent contractor opportunity. Advisors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses.

RequirementsWho We're Looking For
  • Sales professionals with at least one year of sales experience (insurance experience is an asset).
  • Licensed life insurance advisors in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
  • Individuals who are not yet licensed but are willing to complete the licensing process with our guidance.
  • Self-motivated professionals who thrive in an independent, remote environment.
  • Strong communicators with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions.
  • Available full-time, with flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
