The Life Groups Administrative Assistant supports the mission of Shepherd Church by helping create an organized, welcoming, and well-supported environment where people can grow in community and deepen their faith. This role provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Life Groups Ministry, helping ensure life groups run efficiently and effectively.
In this role, the Administrative Assistant helps develop effective systems and maintain clear communication that allows leaders, volunteers, and participants to thrive in meaningful community and spiritual connection. The position serves as a key liaison between ministry teams and support departments while maintaining excellence in data management, event coordination, and volunteer support.
