📌 What We’re Looking For: Public Policy Specialist
What You Will Do :
- Assist the Head of Public Policy in designing, executing, and monitoring the company’s high-priority advocacy plans.
- Lead engagement with key stakeholders, including BI, OJK, associations, think tanks, and other relevant institutions.
- Lead regular policy dialogues, roundtables, and strategic events with regulators, associations, and ecosystem partners to strengthen advocacy outcomes.
- Drive the company’s presence in international policy platforms and digital-economy forums.
- Develop policy briefs, position papers, and strategic communication materials to support external engagement.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships that help shape regulatory perspectives and advance the company’s long-term policy objectives.
What You Will Need :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in public policy, government relations, or regulatory advocacy—preferably in the digital payments or financial services sector.
- Graduate of a reputable university with strong analytical, policy research, and critical-thinking skills. Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and established networks within the payment industry, fintech ecosystem, and financial regulators.
- Highly agile, capable of managing multiple workstreams, parallel projects, and high-level events with excellence.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and decision making skills, with proven ability to influence decision-makers.
