What you will do:
Financial Services Business Lead role is to drive the growth of our investment business. This role will be responsible for end-to-end business strategy and execution, from developing new products to launching marketing campaigns and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, with strong business acumen in financial services and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of the investment vertical covering stocks, SBN, and digital gold.
- Identify market opportunities and design strategies to strengthen user adoption and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (partners, regulators, etc)
- Translate business vision into actionable plans across product development, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and business outcomes.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You Will Need:
- Deep understanding of investment products (stocks, bonds/SBN, gold, mutual funds) is a value plus
- Strong strategic thinking with proven execution capability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in using analytics for decision-making.
