Job Description:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
- Support risk identification and assessment processes across different business units and functions.
- Analyze and evaluate risks using quantitative and qualitative methods, including risk modeling and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting risk reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide support in the development and delivery of risk management training programs for
- employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting the
- organization.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management as assigned by the ERM
- team or management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in risk management, preferably within financial services or banking
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in risk assessment techniques, risk modelling, and scenario analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with risk management software tools and platforms is a plus.
