NDT Level II Tech
Provide non-destructive testing.
This position includes physical demands such as driving long distances, confined space, working at night, walking long distances on uneven surfaces.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrates leadership skills, attention to detail, ability to work with various multi-disciplinary teams, and have confidence in your work.
Candidate should expect to be exposed to the following environmental hazards; warm and cold temperatures, exposure to various wildlife and insects.
Willingness to perform all necessary duties.
Work is in Permian basin from vessels to pipelines.
Report directly to office staff with daily reports.
QualificationsExperience with non-destructive methods such as radiographic testing, liquid penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and digital radiography strongly requested.
Skills Required
- Experience performing radiographic testing (RT)
- Experience with liquid penetrant testing (PT)
- Experience with ultrasonic testing (UT)
- Experience with magnetic particle testing (MT)
- Experience with digital radiography
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams; demonstrates leadership
- Attention to detail and confidence in inspection results
- Ability to complete and submit daily reports to office staff
- Ability to meet physical demands: long-distance driving, confined space entry, night work, walking on uneven surfaces
- Willingness to work in field conditions (warm/cold temperatures, wildlife/insect exposure) in the Permian Basin on vessels and pipelines
