Salary Range: $32.81–$41.38 per hour

Shift: Straight afternoon/nights or continental night shifts

As our next Industrial Maintenance Millwright Apprentice, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. Your interest in mechanical systems and hands‑on maintenance will be essential in learning and developing the skills needed to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in installing, inspecting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment

  • Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment issues

  • Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments

  • Operate lifting and hoisting equipment to position machinery and parts

  • Fabricate components using machine tools such as lathes and grinders

  • Assist in assembling machinery and supporting equipment installation

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop

  • Communicate effectively between shifts and with team members

  • Follow and support all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety requirements

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, CI, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Enrollment in or completion of the trade school portion of a Millwright apprenticeship

  • Willingness to complete required internal training programs

  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial environments

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding

  • Hands‑on experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience working with tools and industrial equipment
