We're looking for a Lending Operations Specialist to join our growing team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing and administration of consumer loans.

In this position, you'll help support the entire loan lifecycle, from loan setup and funding to quality assurance, compliance reviews, file maintenance, and member support. What You'll Do


  • Set up and fund consumer loans accurately and efficiently
  • Review loan documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance
  • Process loan payoffs, payment corrections, and account maintenance
  • Prepare payoff statements and maintain loan files
  • Respond to member, employee, and third-party loan servicing requests
  • Assist with title tracking, lien releases, insurance claims, and audit support
  • Research and resolve loan-related issues while providing excellent service
Qualifications

What You'll Bring


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of banking, lending, loan operations, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

The pay range for this position is $20/hr-24/hr based on experience.
