- Develop and execute strategies for credit cards and loans to support business growth and customer retention.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of lending products, from design and development to optimization and review.
- Monitor lending portfolio performance, analysing trends, KPIs, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee risk assessment and management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to deliver competitive lending products and solutions.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive customer engagement.
- Enhance payment and lending processes, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across channels.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience (5+ years) within Financial Services, preferably with experience in managing Credit Cards and/or Loans portfolios
- Proven experience in managing 3rd party partnerships with a commitment to developing strong working relationships
- Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
