Description
The Lending Assistant position is responsible for conducting a variety of documentation and recordkeeping functions for commercial, agricultural, residential, and consumer loan files including, but not limited to:
- Perform all loan processing, servicing and reporting functions.
- Prepare loan documents and disbursements as directed by the loan officer.
- Ensure the proper documentation is collected and retained for all loan requests. Collect supporting documentation and order services required for loan approval.
- Prepare reports, assist with correspondence, reconcile accounts and provide administrative support to the agricultural, commercial and residential/mortgage loan departments.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Organized, detail-oriented individuals with one or more years of banking experience is preferred.
