We are a remote-first, global team, but provide the option of working in-office in San Francisco, New York City, Indianapolis, Sioux Falls, Porto, and Singapore.

The Sanctions Senior Associate will be a part of a team building a program from the ground up. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of execution in the sanctions alert dispositioning activities, which is key in the Anchorage Digital’s BSA/AML Compliance Framework.

As Sanctions Compliance Senior Associate you will:

• Drive the execution of the sanctions program and sanctions alert dispositioning
• Assist the OFAC Officer with building out the Sanctions program
• Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders on firm wide initiatives
• Deliver results in a timely manner

You may be a fit for this role if:

• You have an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• You demonstrate organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload under changing deadlines.
• You have 2-4 years of OFAC Screening experience at a financial institution.
• You’re familiar with PEP, negative media, and SDN risks.
• You have experience with RDC, World-Check, or similar solutions.
• You’re able to determine false positives and true matches with minimal supervision.
