We're looking for a commercial transactional counsel to join our small team of attorneys overseeing Wix's U.S. operations. You'll work in a fast-paced environment and embrace the dynamic culture we've created.
You are:
An enthusiastic and passionate attorney with 3+ years of experience in providing legal advice and supporting business strategy in commercial transactional law at a leading law firm (or combination of law firm and in house experience). You have membership to at least one U.S. State Bar, preferably New York. You have excellent drafting skills and the ability to diligently review, structure, negotiate and close commercial transactions. You're practical, logical and analytical, you have creative problem solving skills, and you're confident and comfortable balancing legal risks against business needs while working with internal teams, including finance, procurement, product and operations.
As a Legal Counsel, you will:

• Partner with various U.S. teams to provide business-driven and strategic legal advice on a wide range of company engagements and transactions
• Review, structure, negotiate, and close a wide range of agreements, including vendor or professional services agreements, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, and lease and license agreements
• Support, manage, and promote continuous improvement and scalability of template documents, internal processes, and overall company transactional strategy
• Exhibit sound judgment, practical problem solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and show capacity to maintain a big picture view of business needs and company goals
