Job Description Summary:For our Legal Department in Vector Renewables, we are looking for a Legal Trainee, based in MadridThis is a full-time internship position for students who have recently graduated or just at the very end of their degree/masters.

• The position will be based in Madrid.
• Duration: the internship lasts 6-12 months.Job Description:
The candidate will be involved in the day- to-day running of the department including:
- Corporate tasks (drafting minutes of the Board of Directors, Shareholders Agreements, drawing up and approval of annual accounts etc), including arrangements with the Public Notary and Companies House;
- NDA review;
- Supporting in the drafting, negotiating and formalization of all kind of agreements (EPC Agreement, O&M Agreements, Supply agreements etc);
- Due Diligence and Red Flag Reports;
- Support to restructuring process and change of ownership etc.

What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Law or at least studying the last year of such degree.
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- High level of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proactivity, teamwork attitude and exceptional professionalism and work ethic;
- Strong business judgement and common sense;
- Willing to learn about corporate matters, contracting and deal with Public Administrations, all in relation with renewable energy projects.
