The Role
As a Kyndryl Legal Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the Chief Privacy and Data Governance Office legal team by performing administrative duties to assist legal operations.
Specifically, You will be responsible for:
- Organizing and preparing legal contracts
- Executing corporate documentation and liaising with notaries across multiple countries
- Managing billing and spend for outside counsel
- Providing legal administrative support to executive leadership
You will also be responsible for a range of tasks in support of the Legal team and legal operations, enabling the lawyers to focus on supporting their business clients, including advising on deals and projects.

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and skills:
- 10 years of experience providing legal administrative support
- Experience managing various types of projects
- Ability to work in a highly complex environment
- Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
- Knowledge of corporate legal organizations and procedures
Preferred experience:
- Knowledge of Kyndryl legal operations and procedures
